1. The service

Ehliyet BE is an independent practice tool for the theory exam for driving licence category B in the Flemish Region, with explanations in Turkish and Arabic. It is not affiliated with GOCA Vlaanderen, the Flemish government or any exam centre. Questions are original and are not the official exam questions. Passing our practice tests does not guarantee passing the official exam.

2. No legal advice

Content is educational information about traffic rules, not legal advice. Official texts (wegcode.be, vlaanderen.be) prevail. Rules change (e.g. 1 January 2027 and 1 June 2027); we update the content but cannot guarantee it is complete or error-free.

3. Prices

• Free: chapters 1–2 and 1 mini test of 10 questions per device.
• Ehliyet BE – 30 gün tam erişim / 30 days full access: €12,99 (incl. VAT where applicable), one-time payment, no subscription. Access ends automatically after 30 days; buying again during an active period extends it by 30 days.

4. Right of withdrawal

Access is digital content supplied immediately at your request. At checkout you expressly agree to immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (Art. VI.53, 13° Belgian Code of Economic Law).

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing limits liability for intent or gross negligence.

6. Law

Belgian law. Consumers keep the protection of mandatory law of their residence.
